Where should your child start from when writing a composition?

Before putting pen to paper, we recommend planning the story, generating ideas and structuring the flow by drafting out a story curve. A story curve helps your child visualise these five components that make up a good composition:

• Introduction

• Rising Action

• Climax

• Falling Action

• Conclusion
