Job responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Acquire a strong working knowledge of the organisation’s programmes and services.
  • Handle customers’ feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Provide customers with clear explanations on our programmes while at the front desk.
  • Maintain close liaison with all other departments in order to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Develop great rapport with clients and build brand loyalty.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

  • Possesses at least GCE ‘O’ levels.
  • Required to work shift hours and on weekends (3 weekdays and 2 weekends).
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Being effectively bilingual would be a strong advantage.
  • Candidates who have worked in the hospitality industry are most preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses emotional maturity and passion for customer service.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
  • Good team player, possesses the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Job responsibilities

  • Recruit new students through activities such as facility visits, campaigns, open houses and information sessions.
  • Counsel parents of existing and prospective students who are considering taking up new subjects; assist with academic program selection.
  • Provide accurate and prompt information on curriculum highlights to prospective households and students.
  • Develop and establish new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets that are aligned with the core competencies of the company.
  • Understand competition and trends in the education industry to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
  • To work closely with other departments’ stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities, future plans and objectives.
  • Take ownership of assigned and ad hoc tasks and projects.
  • Attractive sales commission scheme as part of the overall remuneration.
  • Product training will be provided.

Communications & Marketing Automation Specialist

Reporting to the Brand & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for Segments & Marketing Automation. He/She will manage and executes all segment-based and lifecycle marketing projects/campaigns/programs to drive engagements and conversions. Enrolment Consultant

As an Enrolment Consultant, you play a significant role in representing the organisation by delivering accurate and prompt information on curriculum to prospective household and students. You will have to establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers to provide a great enrolment experience through calls, emails and facility visits. You will be accountable in meeting and exceeding respective centre’s monthly enrolment targets, working closely with Head of Enrolment and Customer Service (HECS) in achieving them.

Performance Marketing & Digital Analytics Lead/Manager

We are looking for a highly driven individual to lead our digital marketing efforts. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, your mission is to develop a customer-centric marketing strategy across all of our customers’ digital touchpoints to drive overall growth. The thought of diving deep into data and searching for insights gets you excited, and you are constantly thinking from the customer’s perspective and how we can improve our engagement with prospective customers through the marketing funnel to drive lead generation and retention for the business.

You will lead a team of performance marketers to implement initiatives and optimise performance across all digital channels, both paid and organic, to achieve key business outcomes and KPIs. You will work with the broader team to identify customer traits and purchase intents within web data, data requirements design, data preparation automation, designing complex customer profiles, etc. You will also be responsible for leading our marketing technology stack and ensuring our in-house capabilities are utilised effectively to the fullest potential.

Requirements

Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:

  • Daily management of tasks logged in the system by the Customer service team.
  • Attendance Management for students - remind Ts to mark attendance and following up on related issues (e.g. late or missing students).
  • To handle classroom allocation for classes/events.
  • Script Tracking to ensure accountability of marked scripts to be funnel to the respective Ts.
  • Management of parent-teacher communication. To ensure that all requests from Ps are acted on promptly.
  • To arrange for class observations, co-pilots and handovers for class movements.
  • To maximise operational efficiency to meet and exceed internal and external stakeholders’ expectations.
  • To handle ad hoc projects and duties when required.
Science Curriculum Specialist (Physics)

The Curriculum Specialist works within the Secondary Science (Physics) team to plan, develop and write quality curriculum, including lesson materials and teacher guides, that ensures TLL maintains a high-quality market-competitive range of product and services in the academic enrichment business arena.

The specialist generally works under the supervision of a curriculum segment head and is the lead developer for two grade levels within the core curriculum of that segment. Work may also include preparing, reviewing and revising materials for shorter programmes within the specialist’s assigned subject expertise.

Together with the segment head, the curriculum specialist is responsible for crafting engaging and meaningful learning experiences for TLL’s students through planning and setting appropriate learning outcomes, and designing lesson materials that help students progress and successfully achieve these outcomes.

Senior Digital Marketing Associate

Reporting to the Digital Lead, the Performance Marketing Associate will be driving the day-to-day operations on paid social and programmatic buys as part of the Marketing department’s efforts to achieve short, medium, and long-term goals.

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Teacher Recruitment)

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department to oversee our full-cycle recruiting with a focus on recruitment of teachers.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing for candidates through various channels, planning interviews to overseeing the selection process and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires and key stakeholders within the organisation.
