Who can be a Referred friend?

The Referred friend has to be a new TLL household with no enrolments in our programmes in the last 6 months for the referral to be successful. If the Referred friend has previously enrolled his or her child in a Special Programme, he or she is eligible for this Referral Programme.

How do I know if my referral is successful?

A referral is considered successful when a new household ("Referred Friend") successfully enrols their child(ren) at The Learning Lab, made full payment for the term's registered core programme(s) and started lessons with us. Click here for more terms and conditions on this.

Upon a successful referral, the applicable incentives will be reflected in their invoice as follows:

For Referrer (Existing Household)	2 terms after the Referred student's attended term.
For Referred Friend (New Household)	In the new term invoice

What's the incentive for referring a friend?

As the Referrer, you will receive $300 off your term fees per successful referral. This will be reflected in your subsequently issued invoice (2 terms later). Please note that you will only be rewarded for your first 3 successful referrals every term.

What will my friend get through this Referral Programme?

As the Referred Party or a new TLL Household, your friend will enjoy $300 off their child's term fees, per subject, per child.

If your friend is enrolling more than 1 child with us, all registrations must be done at the same time.

For example, if your friend registers both his or her children for 3 subjects at the same time, he or she will be entitled to 2 (children) x 3 (subjects) x SGD 300 = SGD 1800 off the current issued invoice. One child may start lessons immediately whilst the other child may start lessons later due to scheduling, however, since full payment has been made for both children at the same time, your friend is eligible for the prevailing referral incentives.

Is there a limit to the number of friends I can refer to The Learning Lab?

There is no limit to the number of friends or family you can refer. However, you will only be rewarded for your first 3 successful referrals every term.

For Referred Parents (New TLL Households)

This promotion is valid for new TLL household enrolling new students in The Learning Lab’s core programme(s) only.
i. New TLL households must not have any child(ren) previously enrolled in The Learning Lab’s core programmes in the last 6 months.
ii. If your child has enrolled/is enrolled in a special/holiday programme before, you are still eligible for this promotion.
Enrolment for core programme must be for a minimum of one term. Strictly, no midterm withdrawals are allowed.
Payment for core programme must be made within 3 days of class confirmation of classes.
Referred parent can enrol their child(ren) for more than one subject with the same value of incentives awarded to the second subject onwards.

For example, if Referred Parent enrols one child for 3 subjects and made the full term’s fees, he or she will receive: SGD 200 x 3 = SGD 600 off the current term fees.

For Referrer (Existing TLL Households)

Referrer must be an existing TLL household/student to enjoy this promotion.
Student must remain enrolled in the subsequent term to be eligible for the promotion to be applicable. Strictly, no midterm withdrawals are allowed.
Existing parent will enjoy the total value of the incentives for each successfully registered new household up to 3 households in the next issued invoice.

a. For example, if Parent A refers 3 new households who successfully registered and made the full Term 1 - 2022 fees, he or she will receive: SGD 200 x 3= SGD 600 off Term 2 fees. If payment for Term 1 has not been made by the due date, the incentives will be reflected in the next invoice after the current one has been paid.

Incentives are not exchangeable for cash.
Referrals are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein at any time and without prior notice.

This is an ongoing promotion unless otherwise stated.

For Referred Parents (New Households)

1. This promotion is valid for new TLL household enrolling new students in The Learning Lab’s core programme(s) only.

i. If your child has enrolled/is enrolled in a special/holiday programme before, you are still eligible for this promotion.

ii. Your child must not have been enrolled in a core programme in the past 6 months.

2. Referred Parent must not have participated in a Lesson Experience in the last 6 months. This is because promotions are not stackable.

3. Enrolment for core programme must be for a minimum of one term. Strictly, no midterm withdrawals are allowed.

4. Payment for core programme must be made within 3 days of confirmation of classes.

5. Referred parent can enrol their child(ren) for more than one subject with the same value of incentives awarded to the second subject onwards.

For example, if Referred Parent enrols one child for 3 subjects and made the full term’s fees, he or she will receive: SGD 300 x 3 = SGD 900 off that term fees

For TLL Households (Referrers)

6. Referrer must be an existing TLL household to enjoy this promotion.

7. Student must remain enrolled in 2 subsequent terms to be eligible for the promotion to be applicable. Strictly, no midterm withdrawals are allowed.

8. Each existing TLL household can refer up to 3 successful referrals.

9. Existing parent will enjoy the total value of the incentives for each successfully registered new household, up to 3 households, reflected in the invoice 2 terms after the Referred student's attended term.

For example, if Parent B refers 3 new household who successfully registered and made the full Term 1 - 2023 fees, he or she will receive: SGD 300 x 3= SGD 900 off Term 3 fees.

General

10. Incentives are not exchangeable for cash.
