Make the Final Stretch Count
As the academic year enters its final stretch, effective revision requires more than simply revisiting notes.
Our free Revision Crash Course sessions provide structured, subject-specific support through clear explanations, targeted practice and effective examination strategies. Each two-hour session reinforces key concepts taught throughout the year, helping Secondary 2 and 3 students in both the Mainstream and Integrated Programme (IP) streams identify areas for improvement and approach their End-of-Year examinations with greater focus and confidence.
Secondary 2 English
Secondary 2 English
Date & Time: 7 September, 2pm to 4pm
Topics: Discursive Essay Writing and Argumentative Essay Writing
Students will learn to analyse different question types and structure effective PEEL paragraphs. They will also develop topic sentences that present clear arguments rather than examples, elaborate on their ideas with purpose and link supporting examples back to the main argument.
Secondary 2 Mathematics
Secondary 2 Mathematics
Date & Time: 8 September, 11am to 1pm
Topics: Quadratic Equations, Graphs of Quadratic Functions, Algebraic Fractions and Formulae, Pythagoras’ Theorem and Trigonometric Ratios
Mastery of quadratics lays the groundwork for algebraic problem-solving in upper secondary. This session helps students understand how equations translate into graphs, visualise relationships and tackle applied problems more effectively.
Secondary 2 Science
Secondary 2 Science
Date & Time: 9 September, 11am to 1pm
Topics: Thermal Energy, Electricity, Chemical Changes and the Digestive System
Students will revisit key scientific concepts across Physics, Chemistry and Biology. These commonly tested topics require strong conceptual understanding and application skills. Focused revision will help students tackle structured questions with confidence and build a stronger foundation for upper-secondary sciences.
Secondary 3 English
Secondary 3 English
Date & Time: 9 September, 2pm to 4pm
Topic: Expository Comprehension
Revise key comprehension skills through an engaging passage about explorers. Practise analysing a range of question types, including direct sourcing, inference and more challenging language questions such as the “features of writing” question from the 2024 O-Level examination.
Secondary 3 Additional Mathematics
Secondary 3 Additional Mathematics
Date & Time: 10 September, 2pm to 4pm
Topics: Trigonometric Functions and Graphs, Trigonometric Identities and Equations of Circles
The topic of Equations of Circles draws on both coordinate geometry and circle properties, requiring students to make connections across topics. Through targeted walkthroughs and examination-style questions, students will consolidate key formulae and apply them confidently to challenging problems.
Secondary 3 Chemistry
Secondary 3 Chemistry
Date & Time: 10 September, 11am to 1pm
Topics: Acids, Bases and Salts, Mole Concept and Qualitative Analysis
This session revisits foundational Chemistry topics that are frequently tested and form the basis of many application questions. A strong grasp of these concepts will also support deeper understanding across the Chemistry syllabus.
Secondary 3 Physics
Secondary 3 Physics
Date & Time: 8 September, 11am to 1pm
Topics: Energy, Pressure and Thermal Physics
Through focused revision of Energy, Pressure and Thermal Physics, students will strengthen their conceptual understanding. They will also practise selecting and applying relevant formulae to solve real-world application and data-based questions.
Secondary 3 Biology
Secondary 3 Biology
Date & Time: 11 September, 11am to 1pm
Topics: Respiration and Excretion
Respiration and Excretion are commonly tested in End-of-Year examinations and often require students to apply concepts to real-world contexts, such as lung and kidney conditions. Students will learn how to interpret these scenarios and apply appropriate answering strategies.
